Freedom – Empowerment – Culture - Identity (FECI) :
These teachings are are meant to create a culture that we live in, set the standard of life by teaching freedom and tools to sustain it along with empowering students to walk it out. We will focus on setting mindsets that will pursue life, honoring one another and learning that we possessing, the Holy Spirit are created to live our lives from a place of victory. With Jesus being the cornerstone we will create an environment that will embrace these principles to everyone that comes in. Some of the required teachings for (FEC) will be : Danny Silk – Culture Of Honor, Bill Johnson – Supernatural Power Of A Transformed Mind, The Conquer Series as an example. As we have guest teachers come in this will also be classified under FECI teachings. These classes will be required to be taught once a day. This is where spiritual freedom and principles ill be learned.
Practical Applications (PA) :
These teachings will help students learn the practical side of life while still doing these things with Kingdom values. We want our students to be well rounded when they leave New Creation and equipped to live successful in all areas of their life. Some of these classes will be mandatory while some will be elective. Below is a list of the classes that will be offered. M=Mandatory E=Elective

Carpentry – E
The Arts (TA) :
This section of teachings will be opportunity to release creativity and explore gifts. Every student will attend art classes this will not be optional. This is an opportunity to try new things and it may birth gifts inside of them that they didn't know they had. Also offered will be music and performing arts. This portion will be optional to students who have a passion to pursue music and other performing arts such as poetry etc. These classes will be offered at least 2 times a week.
WorkForce Program (WP) :
This portion of the day will not be optional and students will be expected to do whatever task is assigned to them. There will be many different facets that go along the WP such as lawn care, snow removal, moving, working in the warehouse, working on the property, cleaning or helping with ministry needs. This portion will take place after morning teachings and is used to develop character and work ethic. Students will not be payed for these services it is simply a way to give back to the program and learn to serve.
Exercise Program (EP) :
The EP will also be a mandatory activity that will take place in the evenings. These activities will consist of activities like basketball, soccer, jogging, weight lifting etc. If at a facility such as the YMCA the students can choose what exercise activity to partake in but has to be done with an accountability partner and with full participation. The Site Supervisor will choose the activity that is to be done that day but students are allowed to turn in request forms to The Site Supervisor the week before.
New Creations Treatment Program
This is the entry phase into our program, it is a minimum 21 days and a maximum of 60 days, during this phase the student can expect to make one phone that monitored to their family when they arrive. After the initial call there will be no phone calls made until they reach the next level. They will hold no money in this phase. During this time they can expect all time accountability. They will be expected to begin to break life controlling habits. Also they will be expected to follow ALL policies and procedures that they will sign at the intake process. These stipulations will have to be met along with compliance with leadership before student can move into the next phase. The leadership team will meet after 21 days to decide whether or not the student will graduate to the next phase. Any infractions can delay the advancement to the next phase. The purpose of this phase is to break bad relationships in their life and beginning the renewing of the mind process.
This is the second phase in the program. This phase is a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 120 days. During this phase the student can make one phone call once a week to their family on Saturdays, this phone call will be monitored by a leader and on an approved phone. The student will hold no money during this phase. All purchases will be made by a leader. The student will still have close accountability and not be allowed to go anywhere alone. They will be expected to participate in all activities and classes, including the WorkForce program. The student will be expected to have respect and a good attitude toward leadership. Also they are expected to finish all classroom assignments, chore duties and WorkForce responsibilities before they can expect to advance to the next phase. They will need to be able to pass every random drug screen before advancing. Before advancing policies and procedures must be followed consistently and the leadership team will meet after 90 days to decide advancement.
This is the third phase in the program. This phase is a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 120 days. During this phase the student can make 2 phone calls a week. They will be done on Saturdays, calls will be monitored by a leader and on an approved phone. Student will hold no money at this phase, purchases are done by leaders. During this phase the student will still have close accountability but given some more responsibilities from leadership. At this phase they will be expected to start setting an example for other students. During this phase they will be expected to start consistently applying good character at this phase. The expectation at this phase will be higher. Students should begin understanding how the program works and are expected to follow all policies and procedures and leading others in the right way. They should exhibit good attitude toward leadership. Fulfill all chore duties along with WorkForce responsibilities. They are expected to pass all drug tests. Leadership team will meet after 90 days to decide is the student advances to the next phase.
This is the fourth phase of the program. This phase is a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 120 days. During this stage the student is eligible to get their phone back with an approved app that will supervise phone activity. The Director will have access to the app to make sure the phone is being used with good stewardship. The student will be eligible to have $20 cash with them at this phase, receipts must be given to leaders for accountability of cash. During this phase the student should begin demonstrating authority and freedom from their life controlling issues. Their character should be lining up with what they are taught in the curriculum. They should be fulfilling all of their chore duties, WorkForce responsibilities and be setting an example for others in the program. All policies and procedures should be demonstrated and integrity shown. At this phase independence should be developed preparing them for the next phase. Leadership team will meet after 90 days to decide advancement to the next phase.
This is the fifth phase of the program. This phase is a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 120 days. During this phase the student will still have supervision on their phones with approved app. They will be allowed to hold money at this phase but will need to account for it with receipts to leaders. Student should be consistently demonstrating good character and living in integrity. They will be allowed to begin transitioning and this phase. They are expected to find a job while still having accountability for finances made to leaders. At this phase the student should begin to find direction and purpose for their life. All responsibilities inside of the program must still be met along with following all policies and procedures. At this phase student should demonstrate to others what freedom looks like. Leadership team will meet after 90 days to decide if student is ready for completion of program and transition to their next phase of life. After graduating students can sign up for the internship program or transition back into the workforce and society.
